How do you backup Logins and other things defined in a SQL server instance? Are they backed up along with a database backup?

Logins are in the master db.  As are many other server objects, including linked servers and linked server logins.

Other types of system info are in the msdb db, and are backed up along with it.

OK. Thanks. I have been backing up the system databases along with my user DBs.
