I'm using visual studio 2013 pro. Every time I update all my nuget packages this error happens. I've been stuck on it for a week with no luck on fixing it. Please help. Here's the error message and my web.config:

same thing JUST happened to me with NUGET.

Also if this is happening on the server, I had to make sure I was running the application pool on a more "privileged account" to the file system, but I don think that's your issue here

This was a nightmare but I just started a whole new project updated it first and then copied over my old source code little by little. Thanks for the help :)
