I have a 8 1/2 x 11 portrait PDF.  It's company letterhead.  I want to create a landscape version.  Can this be done with Adobe Acrobat Pro?  if so, how?   Any other tools I could use to do this?

I want to keep the aspect ratio and not just stretch the letter head.  I want to add white space to make the  letter head. wider.

I believe this article can answer your question.

If you just want to print a few copies of the PDF in different layouts with Acrobat Reader, you may simply change the printing settings.
