Export AOL mail to Outlook 2007

I am currently running AOL desktop 9.6 and would like to switch to Outlook 2007.
I have a .pfc file saved on my pc with over 35000 emails that I need to import to outlook. Any help would be greatly appreciated. If you need more information please ask and I will provide anything I can.
