I can get my coupon code to work for WooCommerce.  It's been setup as "test".  When I try to apply it at the cart nothing happens.  The page refreshes but the price is not effected.

What do you have for each of these fields http://docs.woothemes.com/document/coupon-management/

Is there something such as a minimum amount preventing this from working?

I don't use woo and only answered because there was a neglected alert.   Try a new coupon code like abc123?  Maybe 'test' is already used somehow.

It was due to trying to use a custom page template for the cart that looks identical with a few minor changes.  I can only assume using the out of the box cart some how loads additional jquery.
