c# uploader

Hi Guys,

Please can you adivse if they is a uploader in c# that if the uploader network is lost and than the connection is back on it will continue uploading from the point it stop?

i have clients who uploads 500 mb files to a server but if the internet contect stops at 50 % upload and they reconnect to the internet it must start uploading from 50 %.

Please help.
