You cannot disable Outlook Anywhere as it is the only connection method for Exchange 2013, whether internal or external.

Therefore the only option without additional services would be to use a host name that doesn't resolve externally for Outlook Anywhere. It would still need to be a public name so that you can get an SSL certificate from a trusted provider. You would probably need to use a split name space.

host.example.com (OWA, ActiveSync, MX records)
Autodiscover.example.com
outlookanywhere.example.com (Outlook Anywhere).

You will need to ensure that it does not resolve, as a user could enter host.example.com in to Outlook and get connected. It would be corrected by Autodiscover, but that can be defeated.

The other option would be something to control access - the discontinued TMG product for example, where you simply do not publish the virtual directories.

Simon.
