How to handle out of office to costumers

i Need to know how to manage out of Office to out costumers and block the rest of the world form the Exchange side not Outlook.
In the Moment we organize it by remote Domain entries, but this is a pain to manage.
We have in the Background a crm System where we filter out our used emaildomains. SO where we have really buisiness with.
Is there any tool in Exchange itsselfe or third Party one who can help.
For example i can give by script the actual list and then out of Office to These are allowed all others are blocked?
i found Tools for the Forefront but after ist canceld by MS ist not an Option anymore to use.
we have also an linuxmailer in front and between trend Micro but in both i can also not find a solution.
To make it clear again i do not want to forbid globally out of Office, it should work to costumers only.
Please give a hint a solution Option.
