Which Operating System?

In Win 7 go to Start > Device and Printers > Right-click on the printer and choose Printer Properties.  If the manufacturer's control panel opens and there's no option on port choice then reinstall the printer by creating a new TCP/IP printer port.  You'll then see the option as part of the Windows port configuration.

Oops!  Re-reading this - do you want to configure the printer to accept incoming RAW PCL data on 9101?

If so you may be able to do this with a multi-port JetDirect box - this allows 9100, 9101 and 9102 to be used to driect print jobs to three separate connected printers.

The difficulty is that the JetDirect card will interpret the packets as going to separate LPT ports (1 though 3 respectively) and that in turn relies on the printer recognising that it's "attached" to LPT2.

A little more from HP on the subject here (using an external multi-port server and XP)

Certainly not as simple as changing the Port number in Windows!
