We are rebuilding our Websense server and our policies were originally in AD and they suggested we do them in Websense and I'm wondering what others are using and find to work?

You don't have users like managers requiring elevated access?  Our marketing requires FB, linked in, etc.

What kinds of things do you block?  What did you call your one policy?

I suppose you could have separate policies, but we encourage the use of social media within the company. we just named it after our organisation as the one policy covers all.
