I would like to temporarily redirect an html page to an IP Address.

When I use <meta http-equiv="refresh" content="0; URL=http://111.111.111.111">
in the head section my page gets redirected but to a HTTP Error 404. The requested resource is not found.

I just want to be sure that the syntax for the refresh is correct before I go and investigate the code at the IP address.

Can anyone verify that redirect is set up correctly?

I checked this :
<meta http-equiv="refresh" content="3;url=http://74.125.135.106" />
It works and redirect to google.com.  There might be some error with your IP
