I have an issue with one user that I know of. Basically, on a regular basis, she fails to connect to exchange. No matter how many reboots or Outlook restarts, it will not connect to exchange. She is using Windows 7 64-bit, and Outlook 2010 32-bit. The exchange is 2010 on a Server 2008 machine.
I have tested using OWA to try to resolve this, and am able to connect. I have tried deleting the password in the certificate manager, and have created a new profile to no avail. When I try to test the connection status, clicking the "reconnect" button does nothing, and the autoconfiguration test also fails. I have also not found anything in the logs. After 15-30 minutes of not connecting, it connects just fine, and the aforementioned tools work as well. Any thoughts?
