Disabling print screen in citrix vdi when we access from outside

Hi

Is there any configuration we can do so that if my users go home and use vdi I.e external access from internet then after login print screen function is disabled

Since this is a native function to a client OS, the only way to disable print screen/screen capture in the manner you desire would be by controlling it on the client machine.  If you cannot control this function on the client machine then there is no way to control it via Citrix policy or Citrix Receiver.

You may wish to consider disabling all mappings for external access, including printing and copy/paste.  There are quite a few print screen utilities out there that the user could use to grab the screen data though.

If the users are going to print the screen data, you'll want to at least make it difficult for them.
