Outlook 2007 embedded images arrive as attachments
Whenever I send HTML mail with embedded images they are received by outside folk (like gmail users) as attachments.
However, but the same message to other outlook users in our company received ok with no attachments (images are embedded as intended)
Any suggestion?
I've search & search on this and cannot find the answer :-(
Thanks,
Mike

@EEhotline is GENIUS !!!
Wow! You were 100% right!
I deleted the email address in the outlook contact for myself, deleted the recently used for myself, sent the message with the embedded graphics, and it arrived fine!
AMAZING!!!
I was going in a totally different (and wrong) direction trying to troubleshoot this!
Thanks a bunch!

I vaguely remember years ago trouble-shooting a problem with html and plain text mail, and maybe doing something on our exchange server for particular test destination addresses.
I will forward my message to another gmail user, and do the reverse test, and post the results tomorrow.
I assumed it was an outlook setting I couldn't find perhaps saying something like "attach, don't embed", but that was just a guess.
Thanks,
Mike
