Sonicwall vpn Ther server is not reachable error
We have a sonicwall VPN device that was working perfectly fine. when we try to connect the get the following error message:
"server is not reachable; the server may be down or your internet settings may be down".
This device was working for a year now. I do have a backup I configured that has been doing the same thing every since was configured a month ago. One thing I did notice is both devices had the same SSL VPN Gateway Hostname, which has been changed and refresh my DNS records.
The nextextender on the client shows connecting, verifying user for at least a minute than I get the error message. Nothing has change on my domain controller that I can tell.
This issue is affecting all clients, which makes me think it on domain side. After check the logs of the vpn I don't see where my log in attempts got to the box.
please advise.

Yes it is using SSLVPN. If I browse to the inside the network I can get there. not externally
Are you sure the SSLVPN is connecting? Did you look on the Sonicwall to verify the connection?
If the SSLVPN connects, have you tried to run a tracert from the remote pc?
