Read / Write permissions but no delete

Is it possible to give a share read/write access, but prohibit end users from deleting files? if so, what would be the appropriate permissions? I seem to be having a hard time with execute in server2012.

Have you looked at Advanced Security Settings?

Select User(s) > Edit > [Applies to:] Files Only > Set permissions.
