exchange 2003 active sync only works when set mail days to sync to 1 day
hello guys,
i have 2 exchange 2003 SP2 Backends and 1 exchange 2003 SP2 Front end. most of my users are able to synchronize their mobile devices with no issues but expect 2 of them. when i try to synchronize their devices they fail and the only work around is to set mail days to sync to 1 day and then they start working. They are both receiving the error "500" in the IIS logs. i'm trying to find out the root of the problem, any help will be appreciated.

when you say reset the activesync profile what do you mean?
also exchange 2003 is running with iis 6.0 do you think the issue is with iis 6.0 or exchange 2003?
the only option i guess is upgrade to exchange 2010 which uses iis 7.0 i believe.

Ensure that the device is on the latest iOS available.
Have you reset the ActiveSync profile?
Simon.
