Need to know activities based javascript framework?

Is there any free/commercial javascript/jquery framework for activities like Multiple choice, true/false, fill in the blank, short answer, matching, etc. If yes, please guide me.

There is todomvc.com that showcases different frame works.   Are you looking to create a form on the fly?   There are a lot of options.  Is there something specific?

Thanks for the link. Yes, I am looking things to create on the fly. This is specific to ePub3 development.
