Product or Service for Monitoring Page Load Times

Looking for a product (preferably a service) that monitors page load times and maybe site uptime.  PRTG does a great job of this but we would like a 3rd party off-site service monitoring selected sites from various locales to get a good picture of end-user experiences.  Previous postings have identified NCCGroup.  Are there others?

Thanks.

I use Monitis (http://www.monitis.com/) to monitor website and email servers, uptime and response times .. there are loads of monitoring options and email alerts.

Free service is limited to a couple of monitored services but you can pay a few $$ to monitor more.
