Product or Service for Monitoring Office365 Performace

Looking for a service that monitors Office365.  This service should provide various metrics that gauge performance, maybe provide usage trends, alert when issues arise, and offer trouble shooting ideas.  Should also have provisions for monitoring Public Folders.  365Command addresses this minimally but with all of our email jewels in the cloud I need something more robust.
