Visio VMWare datastore diagramming problem

I have 9 datastores spread across 6 Dell PowerEdge servers in one data center in one cluster.
  How can I diagram their relationship?

I would show a physical representation of the datastores in each server. Then create a logical representation datastores, leaving the phsical servers out of the pictures. Maybe showing the communication flow/relation between the datastores.
