Extraction of data from home automation Z-wave system

Does anyone know of a Z-Wave controller that either uploads collected data (e.g. temperature recorded values) to a server on the Internet or allow access to the data from the Internet in some usable form (CSV, XML or similar).

Looking at home devices like http://getvera.com/controllers/ but I'm new to the market.

You could use something like this plugin with Vera to gain access to the data directly:
