When some users try and print something from outlook their printer settings are incorrect.
The paper size is defaulting to A4, but should be using Letter.

Printers are set up on 2008 R2 Print Server
Printers are using correct driver, and tested with other applications with no problem
Seems to be user profile/computer specific (not all users/pc's having problems)
users on Win 7, Office 2007 SP2

Tried:
removing/readding printer
renaming the Outprnt file/closing reopen Outlook

*Prefer not to blow away user profile, but will if need to
*Yes I can change it in the outlook memo print style, but that is not how I want to resolve (there are many users)

if you're using the PCL6 driver replace it with the PCL5. Let me know if this resolves the issue.

Your solution was partially correct.
I had to reinstall the driver, but I used PCL 6 again.  I think the old driver had issues.

however, after that Outlook alone kept the A4 printing size
I had to blow away the user profile and rebuild it.
once the user logged in and set up outlook, her print paper size settings correctly had pulled down from the server with the published printers for her location
