Hi

I am implementing citrix xendesktop and we have a few 100 users who have external and internal access..ie..they can access from within corporate network and also from home.

Out of these 100 users..I want to restrict 80 users from accessing 2 particular production web applications whenever they access from outside corporate network..rest 20 users get all access whether they access vdi inside office or from outside corporate network

Is there a mechanism to do it..applying any citrix or netscaler policy

You should be able to front your website with the netscaler.

If you do that, you should be able to use the Netscaler SmartAccess policies to read the connection tags from the VDI connection, and based on the outside connections reject those requests.

This is not a simple configuration, and is worth a call to Citrix support to help set this up.
