Have a toughy formula request

Formula I'm looking to be written is in the "orange" color, and the criteria, or cells the formula will be inquring and bringing back a result and performing a calculation is in "yellow".

So, here goes.  I have 9 meters, each having different schedules relating to IDD, Shipment, and Final Doc Stage in expected completion dates.  I need the formula in orange to engage all three categories on each and every meter and if there is a match in date(and that is the date right above the formula in orange, meaning if this date matches any of the three concepts thru all 9 meters) to multiply the % times the associated rows value in column "S".  As you can imagine you will have mulitple matches and I need to add each and every one of them and bring back the total of all of them in the cell, color coded "orange".  Good luck, I imagine I will be hearing back from you with more questions.  :)
