Woo commerce plugin or some other code

Hi Guys,

I was wondering if anybody could tell me if the following page is wordpress or just html? and how do they create the cards, is it through a plugin or some sort of jscript?

It's definitely not wordpress. According to the css is was made using http://html5boilerplate.com/ (I'm unfamiliar with the full workings of that, but it sounds like it's basically a ready made html template to start from.

On the cards, it's using a php script. That could have been made custom for their site or it could have been a purchased script. That I'm unable to tell without being able to access the full script.
