If it wasn't turned on then there is nothing you can do about it.<br />
If it has been enabled, you will just need to look through for the sender to see whether there is a delivery error code or not. <br />

Where can I look to verify that an undelivered message notice (for message too large) was sent back to the sender? I have one sender who says they don't have any kick-back messages, however, in twelve other independent tests, all twelve senders received the undeliverable message.
