how can i upgrade office 2010 to office 365 for 200 users?

can someone provide a scripted way that we can push out an upgrade to office 365 to 200 users that have office 2010 installed?

we'd like to preserve their settings and upgrade them to office 365 desktop suite - proplus version

thanks in advance,

S.

Make sure you are following the steps outlined here:
http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/jj219424(v=office.15).aspx#BKMK_DownloadC2R

Then, understand that you are NOT actually installing the suite for desktop use on the server.  You are first downloading the suite, and then configuring it.

setup.exe is not the setup program from the Office Suite, it is from the Deployment Tool.

Be sure you follow the complete deployment roadmap:
http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/jj839718.aspx
