Google Alerts not working

Hi All,

I have a problem with a client where they are not receiving google alerts for the search term 'dialaflight' and various other terms. They use google alerts as it is their job to know about news articles created and posted about dialaflight and the other terms. Also the search results are not up to date.

What's interesting is that there is a person elsewhere also in the UK that receives up to date search results and also google alerts.

Thanks
Harry

You suspect these Alerts aren't generated or they are (generated) but your mail server refuses them?
I think it's the 2nd option. If you have control over your mail server, please check the logs. Those mails might be classified as SPAM and rejected.
