I have several PAC files that I understand are used to provide a proper license key for our Nexus 7000 boxes

Where do I log into at cisco.com to gain access to this application that will churn out a proper license key based on my PAC file?

Log in to cisco.com and click this link.

It is under support (put mouse over) then under download all the way to the bottom, there's register and manage license link.
