MAC Address iPhone 5

Hi,

In the past a number of iPhone 5 were deployed to our users. When the phones were deployed the WiFi MAC address was not documented and now we need it for a project that is coming.

I have checked Active Sync Exchange 2010 but the MAC address information is NOT there.

I was wondering if someone out there knows a way to get this information without having to check with the users one by one.

I was thinking of somewhere cloud based service were they can go to a URL and let the phone register the MAC address information for us to review?

If you have access to your DHCP server you should be able to see the MAC for currently connected devices.

Otherwise, it might be just as easy to have users send you their MAC (or screenshot of the General > About page on their phone)

The reason we need the MAc is for them to connect to the network.

The second option with our users unfortunately will not work.

Nothing else out there?

The client's (iPhone) MAC address isn't used outside of the local network, so a web service isn't an option that I can see.

Might be easiest for your users to go to Settings > General > About on their phone.  Scroll down and either grab a screenshot (home button + standby button) and email it to you, or copy down the address and send it to you.
