From the Integrated Management Module, once I am in the Remote Control, how do I load an ISO so that it can be loaded upon reboot ?

Depends on the model, you should be to mount a iso with the remote console.

Tasks > Remote Control > Start Remote Control in Single User Mode

Once you have a remote session open, it should be under

Tools > Virtual Media > Add Image
