with out more information on the configuration i can only guess, however i would check the firewall of the host machine,  if you look in the ofscan.ini file in the ofscan share on the server.  you should find the following line,  

Client_LocalServer_Port=XXXXXXXX

check that that port is open in the firewall,  

This port is needed for the clients to communicate with the server,

the server is the machine where you installed the management application (where you got the screen shot, application on. once the agent is added it should appear a a server on the console.

it would help if we had more information,

 what version of trend you have installed
infomation about the network infrastructure (server machines client machines)

my old Server Show me under web consule  (Server Name= TR1) like choosed trend micro Server(under Icon  small green Icon)
