Hello,

I'm wondering about if there is a way to erase the "on behalf" note from a sender of a delegated inbox of a GMail Business Account? The emails are sent from the web based interface by using Google Chrome. Outlook isn't available.

Thanks in advanced

When the Sender and From fields are different, some email programs display them, and there is nothing you can do to stop them doing so.  (Outlook interprets the two different fields as "on behalf of".  You cannot change that.)  Some email client programs and service providers ignore the Sender information.

In order to get those two fields to match, you either need to use a different non-Gmail SMTP server that uses the same value for both fields, or you need to persuade everyone to log in directly to their business accounts from which to send their email.
