I have a question. After I insert the new record, and if I refresh the page (browser refresh button) then the record gets inserted again.

How can I stop this from happening? can some examples be shown?

Thank you very much.

Simple solution is to redirect to the same page after the insert so there is no posted data.
If you want a slightly more complicated way
