Theme with restriced members contents only

I am new to the wordpress.
My target is to create a site where I have 2 areas :
1- Members restricted area which has its own menu and pages
2- Public areas where is accessible by anyone, where the posts are created only by the members in the members area and the members have the right to make it public or not.

I was playing around with the default 2014 theme together with the wordpress access control and members plugins and they were doing well however the theme itself is poor if colors, so I started to look around and I have bought what they claimed the top theme "Aegaeus" but I was extremely disappointed where it has disclosed all the restricted pages once activated, any advice please which them would suite me best?

Themes don't usually restrict access.  That functionality is almost always plugin or custom code based.

Just use the Members plugin to restrict access to content and it will word no matter which theme you use.

But with the Aegeus them I cannot find a way to restrict the functionality as in 2014 however do you recommend any theme for such environment?

With the Members plugin you restrict content on a page or post basis.  Edit a page and scroll down until you see the Members box with checkboxes representing user roles.  When you check a box, that page or post will be restricted to that user role.
