User Profile Synchronization Service stuck on "Starting"
We have SharePoint 2010 consists of two web frond-end and two application serves and two SQL database clustered.
User Profile Synchronization Service is not started after installing claims-based web application.
Can anyone help me?
I'm getting this event ID 8306 on SharePoint.
Event Description "Event 8306 (SharePoint Foundation) of severity 'Error' occurred 30 more time(s) and was suppressed in the event log"

If QPR's suggestion doesn't fix it for you, look at everything mentioned here.\
If this issue just happened out of the blue, it's likely due to a hotfix. Creating a claims based web app should have absolutely no effect on UPS.

In addition to the good advice above, make sure you are on the most recent service pack and cumulative update.

Still not resolved and getting this error

What service pack and CU are you currently on. If you are not using SP1 at least, then it will be very difficult to work with the User Profile Sync Service.
