Dear All,

Here in my company sccm 2012 sp1 is installed. It was installed by other person , who has left the company. I am new to this application. i configured Endpoint Protection , even it is getting installed in the client computers. here the clients they don't have internet connection, so i want to configure updates for them . How to do it.

2nd Question:- How to configure for hardware & software inventory.

Please help.

Hi, I like this guide it contain snapshots, check Step 5. Add Forefront Endpoint Protection 2010 as a product and sync the SUP it may answer you question

using System Center 2012 Configuration Manager - Part 6. Adding the Endpoint Protection role, configure Alerts and custom Antimalware Policies.

Hi ,

What about the SCCM 2012 endpoint protection's license.  We have the license for sccm 2012 & endpoint protection is one of its  feature . this means what it is also licensed.

Please clarify as i am totally confused regarding this .

Endpoint license included with Configuration Manager 2012 license. no need for additional license.
