        Try
            ptOriginal = New Point(e.X, e.Y)
            Me.TableLayoutPanel1.AllowDrop = True
            DirectCast(sender, Control).DoDragDrop(sender, DragDropEffects.All)

Use GetChildAtPoint(Point) and GetPositionFromControl methods to get the TableLayoutPanelCellPosition for the point (cursor position from DragEventArgs X and Y)
