FWIW, since posting this question I have installed LogMeIn on the server (which I could do remotely) and then used that connection to run the Sage50 install, which appears to be working.

I am trying to install a program (Sage 50) on my SBS 2011 machine but get the error that I must be in Install mode not Execute mode, and to give the command<br />
<b>CHANGE USER /INSTALL</b><br />
but when I give this command, I get the error<br />
