Have a strange problem with Outlook emails. Messages with attachments get stuck in outbox for a period of time. Messages with just text seem to be fine.
You see TRYING TO CONNECT at the bottom of the Outlook Client Software at first when a message with attachment gets stuck.
If you try a manual send/receive you get:-
Task 'Administrator@rototherm.co.uk - Sending' reported error (0x80040115) : 'The connection to Microsoft Exchange is unavailable. Outlook must be online or connected to complete this action.'
I've research the above error but have been unable to find a defintative solution.
The core of the work carried out so far trying to resolve this include the following:-
• Install any Outstanding Important Windows Updates that had not been applied.
• Install Exchange 2010 SP3 (was on SP1)
• Install Exchange 2010 SP3 Rollup 4
With Veeam Explorer for Microsoft Exchange you can choose the Exchange Servers and restore points you’re interested in, and Veeam Explorer will present the contents of those mailbox stores for browsing, searching and exporting.
