vCenter Orchestrator - Configuration

Hi,

I am configuring VCO ( Stand laone) . In CvCO_LDAP Confuration pageonfig LDAP, i need to know the what are the information required to fill, since there is no details mentioned in VMware configuration Guide. Scree shot is attached here
