I'm not sure there is a way to smoothly accomplish this. I think the best way would be with an app like Contacts+

Contacts + - Android Apps on Google Play : https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.contapps.android&hl=en

This app has extra icons for each contact that shows your last interaction with them using different services such as Skype, Twitter, Gmail, etc. There are some extra plugins at the bottom of the page as well.
