UPS APC 80KVA and 60KVA

hi...
i have 2 apc ups and 2 back up batteries for each , i connect the main EP and load i connect cables from batteries to ups , my question is when i turned it on the screen work with no led's and it gives me error code 7-5-1 and it said external communication disconnected what does that mean ??? what i forgot to connect .

Probably did that but better check: did you respect the colors of the wires with the batteries?
Make sure the red wire went to the red (+) battery connector.

in the installation manual at the end of it , there is a connection from insulation circuit breaker with 2 wires to the AC main board xb1 and xb2 i really thought it was the problem not making the ups works , so i'd connect it and when i turned the ups on and exactly the main board switch it blown of with electrical shock and smoke , so i do turned it of then i left the --wires and turned ups on it works ( with same error 7-5-1  ) , and i am now so worried is the board going to work or not after that ?????

troubleshoot the board, or have it checkec in a shop, or by APC
