Background:<br />
IBM Storage DS3512 and HyperV 2012 , two hosts in Cluster Failover <br />
about 4 VM`s (Server 2012) on each host<br />
<br />
host Operating system set to Windows clustered <br />
<br />
Have done a Firmware upgrade no result.<br />
<br />
get the Logical drive not on the preferred path , no changes or work in the server room , cables had been checked by onsite person , all looks ok , can change it manually to correct preferred path after a few minutes just fails , currently only two Volumes of about 8 total ones does that.<br />

Have engaged with IBM support too on this they are looking at the Logs now:<br />
