I have a client who has hang ups on certain searches within Outlook 2013, specifically if they search using Quotes (example "Jenlor)
Issue is also seen in Outlook 2010 and 2007 clients as well.
I found, if I take Microsoft Outlook out of the Indexing options within Outlook, the searches no longer hang - but take a lot longer because of the indexing not being enabled.
Client is not satisfied with this, as they need quick searches :/
I've tried rebuilding indexes, but this did not resolve issue.
Just trying to see additional steps to take, rebuilding Mail profile in Outlook did not resolve either....some of these users have 25,000 + e-mails in their Inbox.
Most laptops are Windows 8.1 w/Outlook 2013.
Exchange 2010 SP3 hosted internally
Any help appreciated, and hoping someone else has run into this.....
