Looking for a Network monitoring tool to resell

Hello,

Our IT organization is looking to offer network monitoring services to our services.  Most of our clients are small/medium businesses with basic email, office and web commications.  We are looking for the following:

1. inventory management
2. monitoring pc/server performance
3. possibly monitor PC event viewer or hardware issues
4. provide a central hub that we manage for all our clients
5. White-lable if possible

any recommendations

You may want to look at spiceworks which is free for a lot of these issues.
