You can have a view that shows between 2 dates where days &gt;&nbsp;30.<br />
Not sure about only show it once a year but you could create an alert based on that view (where something changes that changes a view) and then the alert would contain a link to that view.<br />

fiscalYear between dd/mm/yyyy and dd/mm/yyyy<br />
AND<br />
LogRecords &gt;&nbsp;30
