Open a folder. Click on Organize in the top left and select folder and search options. Click on the Search tab, in the What to search section select the Always search file names and contents radio button option.

Hi,

I found this article on how to do this and it worked

http://ybbest.wordpress.com/2011/06/04/how-to-search-file-contents-in-windows-server-2008-r2/

The only problem is now the search function in Outlook 2013 has stopped working!!

This is equally important
