okay..weird thing....moved servers to vmware....p2v....replication before moving was fine....after the move when i run repadmin /showrepl it is showing that

The destination/Source server is currently rejecting replication requests..

Running DFS and files and folders seem to be replicating without issue.....assuming ad issue obviously....any help is appreciated...

already ran the command  repadmin /options ServerName -DISABLE_INBOUND/OUTBOUND_REPL  with no luck.....

Thanks again for any help.....

This is one of the dangers and risks of completing a P2V migration, of Active Directory.

Do you still have the physical server, to try the P2V again?

did you use the Sync Option?
